RETURN, REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

Eligibility: We accept returns or exchanges for unused and undamaged items within 14 days of the purchase date. Custom-made or personalized items are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage during transit.

Lost in Transit: While we strive to ensure reliable shipping, we cannot guarantee replacements for items lost in transit. If an item is lost due to the shipping company's negligence, we will make a claim on your behalf. However, please ensure your contact information and shipping address are accurate. If you encounter any issues with your package, please contact us immediately, and we will assist you in resolving the matter.

Return Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at info@theknowinghand.com with your order and return details. We will provide you with further instructions and a return shipping address. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Additionally, kindly provide us with the reason for your return, enabling us to better meet our customers' needs.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or damage during transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and obtaining insurance to protect against loss or damage when you ship a product back. We cannot issue a refund if the product is lost in the return shipment.

Refunds and Exchanges: Once we receive the returned item in its original condition, we will inspect it. If the item is damaged due to the shipper's or manufacturer's fault, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and exchanges will be shipped promptly. Please note that the original shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds are subject to a restocking fee of the greater of $15 USD or 10% of the purchase amount.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery including a description of the damage and images/videos of details. If we are the primary manufacturer for the item, we will work with you to send you a replacement product(s)and return the damaged or defective order if it is eligible. If we are not the primary manufacturer of the item, we will issue a shipping label to have the damaged or defective item sent back, and we will start the claims process to get you a refund when it has gone through. If we are not contacted within 72 hours of indicated delivery, the damaged or defective item may not be eligible for returns or refunds.
